britishtennis.net: March interview

Who would you like us to interview this month for the site ?

Ones we've done so far:
December: Jessica Ren,  January: Morgan Phillips (mini-one - could definately do a bigger one at some point).  February: Graeme Dyce

If you've missed them, you can read them here....http://www.britishtennis.net/Interviews.htm

Bloomers - ask him why he is playing Futures in France rather than try and qualify for Masters events?

i think Baker should be interviewed for March, but if i was to choose from the Brit womens, then maybe Natasha Khan

If it came down to it, who would you most like us to interview, Baker or Khan ?

No prizes for guessing who RedCabbage would like

Khan please!

Note that it's a purely geographical interest. Though I do have a rule that if any girl in the (singles) top 500 proposed to me I have to accept and Natasha is covered by that.

Natasha Khan for me.

I like Jamie more, but the point of this site is to give coverage to British players like never before. There's so much information available on Baker as it is and I have read quite a few articles on him.

Hardly anything on Natasha!

Questions for Natasha (yes, I know she hasn't even been decided on yet, but at my age you have to write things down before you forget them):

1) We haven't had any british women regulars on the WTA tour for a while. Who among the current crop do you think has the best chance?

2) Do you think it's unforgiveable that britishtennis.net has live rankings for the british men but not the british women?

3) My sister and her boyfriend, G-Man, both work in films. Out of work my sister is fed up with film-talk and would rather talk about other things (like gardening) but G-Man really, really likes to talk about films all the time. When it comes to tennis are you like my sister or G-Man?

:)

It's only cos his name is Gareth (which is boring), though as porn names go it's a keeper.

I think it would be great to get Aucks or Jamie Murray.

Questions about the excitement of reaching top 50 etc...

Also about how they feel about effectively leaving their singles career aside...

I am going to try and arrange a britishtennis.net interview with Jamie Murray and Aucks at the DC tie. Jamie will be there and hopefully James will be there as well. Even as a hitting partner. so that would be 'Aprils Interview' hopefully.

He IS down for Miami but as 18th alternate needs something to fall back on if not enough withdraw.

Probably would be good to have an interview with one of the female players given that we've had male player interviews in Jan and Feb and will be doing so in April.

There are several possibilities...Natasha, Anna Fitzpatrick, Jane O'Donoghue, Naomi Cavaday, Mel South, Olivia Scarfi, Amanda Carreras, Caitlin Steel.

Lol, I couldn't ask Natasha any of those questions RedCabbage Though I presume that wasn't your intention when you posted them
