Lol, that was funny with the Shrewsbury challenger. Did you or Bladetiger ever hear from Totomix ?

I think most of the MTF members  are gamblers

The third time this is happening with Allan in the past six months.

Great win!

Always good to see our boys come out on top in a close match!

Mackin to face Bohli next then.

I asked about Bohli's game on MTF. They said he has a good serve and a steady baseline game. Sound fairly similar to Mackin, although I think Mack the Knife is better at the net than he thinks he iS!

They seem to be made up of gamblers plus women and gay men drooling over certain players, but if you look hard enough, you find the odd tennis fan like us!

Looking like a decent weak so far for the mid 200 boys, with all of them winning all their matches, and great to see Mackin pull out a win in such a close match and looking at it, he probably had to save a match point or 2 to get the win

He should have enough to beat Bohli, as he is the better player, but I don't know how much this match would have taken out of him

Another rubbish result for a Brit this week, if the Japanese scoreboard is to be believed:

QF: (8) Alan Mackin WR 275 lost to Stéphane Bohli (SUI) WR 283 by 2 & 5

Disappointing, but the dude is obviously in form. Remember he thrashed Ram in R1 too.

At the end of the day MAck did what his sedding expected of him, anything else would have been a bonus!

Yes, but the few times your draw opens up like that, you really need to take advantage.
