If it is Peya I don't see why Bloomers can't beat him...yes it will be hard and I would be exstatic if he does but it's not a done deal that he'll lose. (hope so anyway!)

Quality stuff from Bloomers so far this week, he must be playing well and returning well to beat Klec 1 and 2.
Stadler is more of a clay-courter but has had a good results on all surfaces (including qualifying for Wimbledon 2006), so it was a great win.
Hopefully Richard can get revenge over Peya today. He should have a good chance as Peya's not been at his best so far this week, dropped sets in each of his matches so far. Just edged past German qualifier Summerer 6-7, 7-5, 7-5 in rd2.
In Besancon, Richard's serving was superb, he was let down by too many ues which really cost him on the key points. He also gave Peya way too many cheap points on the Peya serve which isn't particularly big. Richard needs to cut those out and play more consistently.

It's good that they update the drawsheet regularly but it's probably the worst European challenger website (outside of Britain) No live scores, news reports, photos....

Yeah he especially wants Bloomers, Goodall and Baker to play more doubles as he feels that will really help their singles games. Hutchins wants all of them to play more of an all-court game and move up the court more, following big shots into the net. From what I've seen/heard about all 3 in the past 8 months, it sounds like they're starting to do that more and it's showing in the results.
Btw, it's good and interesting to hear a performance director talking in technical terms about what our current crop of players need to do to improve, for once. In the past, interviews with them have all been about emphasizing the "grass-roots" and making tennis more appealing to the young. This is important, but I've often felt in the past that they're too focused on that and not focused enough on helping the current batch to maximise their potential. The Draper regime seems to have got the focus a lot better so far and I've been impressed.

Goodall and Hutchins had some really great results in 2006 but that seems to have tailed off. They're probably the next two who are most likely to crack the top 100. Bamford and May are next, they need to start entering more challengers this year.
Unfortunately, whoever has been updating the results on the Wolfsburg site seems to have disappeared - the Rehnquist match (the one before Richard's) started over 3 hours ago and no result has been posted yet.
Having enjoyed Bloomers v Peya part 1 so much on the live scores last week (apart from the final result, obviously!), it's really frustrating that Bloomers v Peya part 2 must be almost over now and we have no idea what's going on.

Klec didn't carry on playing doubles in this tourny and retired injured, make of that what you will.
Perhaps he didn't want to carry on playing in this tourny and wanted to move to his enxt location but judging by the scoreline i would say Klec was injured or got injured during the match
