Come on Aucks! Pick yourself off the ground and break him here. You're better than this guy.

0-15, DF (only his second of the match which considering his first serve percentage isn't that bad) 15-30 15-40. nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo 30-40 2nd serve...DF#3. on break point and everything.
25 if he wins from here I'll live in the shed for a month. (worked for Johansson.)

Mcclune going to bottle this. Still very confident of an Aucks win here.

Lol, ah well. Don't think James will be too bothered. It's good preparation for the doubles at least which is what he will be taking most seriously.

0-15, is he a choker? hope so 15-15, maybe not. 30-30 30-40, can Aucks finally take a break point? deuce, not this time. ad Aucks, another chance to break back deuce2. 2/11 break points won is a very bad stat Aucks my friend. ad McC, mp1 deuce3 ha! as McC, mp2 GSM McClune
Aucks loses 57 26. his serving always seems to be the deciding factor in whether AUcks will win or lose, up the consistency (at a high level) and Aucks could soar up the rankings.

McClune takes his 2nd match point and wraps it up 7-5, 6-2. Aucks just simply didn't play well enough in this one - if you're a serve-volleyer and you serve at 45% plus take only 2/11 bps, you can't really hope to win
Very disappointing, he won't get many better chances to qualify for an ATP than that !

It's because he's a serve-volleyer, it's the same thing with Jonny Marray.
At his best Aucks averages around 2 aces a game. When he played Moodie and Tursunov in Mumbai last year, he was nigh unbreakable at times.

I'd have happily taken on that mantle in exchange for an Aucks win. Shame it didn't work, although can't say I'm all that upset about being able to stay indoors tonight, it's pretty cold out. Plus our shed has two bicycles and some paint in it and very little room for anything else...

I hadn't realised he is a serve-volleyer that makes much more sense then. Still absolutely gutting when he loses though. I guess I should've known that really, English doubles specialist can't really be anything but a serve-volleyer!
