I would like to see a schedule of Surbiton-Queens-Wimbledon now which allows for a weeks rest in between each tournament.

Yeah and all based from home (ie London area )as well which makes training in between and life generally easier

Last year he made Surbiton semis and then Stuggart final so he had to pull out of Queens and have two weeks off before Wimbledon which doesnt seem optimal.

He can always think about adding in Nottingham if he loses first round in Surbiton.

Sensible.  Any reason given?

Could Andy get enough points to get a Wimbledon seeding ? Surbiton alone would leave him short I think ? So hes going to need a good Queens event or maybe also play the week before Queens in one of the 250 events ?

Well he is about 200 points behind right now and he has to defend another 200 points from last year so he would have to win Queens.

Or play a 250 the week prior to queens

No I realise but cant he get a wildcard ? Or is there a rule stopping that (there seem all sorts of rules that I dont follow!)

Theres not a rule, but it takes the p1ss a bit as he could have just entered originally and the orgainsers will know this and have local players to give them to. If he planned to play he would have just entered.

Im not convinced just scraping a seeding is a good idea anyway. If you are a 29-32 seeded player you are guaranteed to face a 1-4 seed in the 3rd round assuming you both get there. If you are unseeded you could face them in the first round, but also a 50% chance you avoid them until the quarter finals. Then again Alcaraz and Ruud are relatively unproven on grass.

Fair points, other than it would a 1 to 8 seed in R3 if he just scraped into the seedings. 1 to 8 against 25 to 32 and 9 to 16 against 17 to 24 if the seeds reach R3.
