We have a fair-sized contingent, considering, out here in Colombia for this G3. 

In the girls, 15 year-old MJ is in the main draw (although she was in the MD for Czech Rep last week and failed to turn up - but maybe that's because she was making her way to Colombia.....)

In the boys, Blu Baker is 3rd seed. George Davis is 7th seed. And Arran Trainor has made it comfortably through qualis.

Interesting.

I suspect they'll play a couple of events down in South America. I think I saw for the next few weeks this is where the only events above grade 4 are.

Very nice start for the boys, all winning their singles and their doubles.

But MJ lost both of her matches, which is a shame.

George Davis is having a decent run here. It's true he's seeded to do even better but he's had a lot of first round losses and this will be a nice addition to his points total (he's got a five-pointer he can kick off and the QF here (minimum) gives you 20 points).

Blu will be a bit disappointed, I imagine:
