Australian Open - Womens

Surprised Keys isn't equal favourite. I guess her matches have been so one sided they haven't garnered any real buzz, but she's in similar form to US Open and is completely healthy for once.
Whoever gets out of the Kerber/Keys/Garcia quarter looks most likely to claim the title.

Anyone have mertens as their favourite but was too shy to say so?!

So kerber v halep on one side and Wozniacki on the other v mertens. Folks will realise that when I tipped coco vandeweghe, that was clearly a mistake and know that I meant mertens. Ah-hum.

So a majority of us have their predicted winner in the SF, 9 out of 16.

4 for Kerber, 3 for Halep, 2 for Wozniacki and well officially anyway 0 for Mertens.

Well done those 2 who voted Wozniacki! Out of interest is anyone still standing with both their female and male tip still standing?

Oh yes, though clearly hope that one doesn't do it. Federer and Wozniacki.

I guess a few more given that Fed has nearly half the votes in the men's and indeed Kyle has 2.

Congratulations to Caroline Wozniacki on finally winning a grand slam and becoming No. 1 again - atleast this time around she won't face all the criticism of being No.1 without having won a slam.

And of course congrats to the 2 forum members who predicted her victory... like the addict I went for Kerber and Federer so lets see tomorrow.

The big question is whether the two who predicted Wozniacki also went for Federer?!
