They've been improving their overall performances each week in this trip. This continues the trend, and long may it reign.
R1: Boulter/Dunne (GBR/GBR) defeated Pashkova/Waccano (RUS/NED) 6-4 4-6 [13-11]

Katie down a set and a break.
It's close over all, and she'smaking double the BP of her opponent, just got to take some of them. The Ukrainian has taken 100% of BP.
4-6 *0-2

Edit: Change opponents nationality - see Priesty's post, some below this.

And whilst Katie seems to be still playing her match on the event horizon of a black hole - time and space having coming to a stand still for her - next door, Katy has taken to court and raced ahead.
Katy 6-4 1-0*

Ali - if it's a Thai she's playing do you mean Katy? As Katie is playing a Ukrainian.

Well spotted. Five points. I have completely lost myself up in the Katy/Katie nexus as a result of: the flux in the time space continuum of Ms. Boulters match (translation: my stupidity).

Corrected. Thank you.
