Another week, another Tara adventure. Will there be better reward this week?

Was 3-5* down in the second from a break up. Saved two set points. fights back to math point and loses it anyway.

Same old story.

If we're all getting that sinking 'kind of knew this was going to happen' feeling, how bad must it be for the player - the one who has to find a way around it?

Cmon Tara. You are so much better than these results. Already low confidence taking a hit every week. Really feel for her.

Gosh. Not idea what she needs to do. I mean at least she's in winning positions rather than getting thumped but she was all over the French girl for a set and a half. Was great to see her dig in and fight back in the second but she couldn't finish the job.

Really sad to see her slipping further and further back.

Where is Tara training now - I assume women had to move out of the NTC as well as the men?

As I understand it, the NTC is still open to be used as a pay-as-you-go training centre.

So Andy, James Ward, Heather, Laura (and Kyle?) are still largely based there. So maybe Tara is too ?

What I'd be curious to know is : is she still trained by Jane O'Donoghue ? And does she have to pay for her trainer herself now ?

My hope is that she isn't. And that she does. I believe that Tara has to get worse before she gets better. She is a perfect example of someone who did not benefit from the NTC system, by which I mean I've never seen someone so talented so under-perform.
