Heyas...i thought it was about time i introduced myself. Well i'm Paul and i'm currently doing a-levels in English History and Government and Politcs lol. Been a member of this site a good few months now.....really good and civil dicsussions on it unlike some other noticeboard which in the end turned into a farce! I've been a keen follwer of then since when i can first remember watching Wimbledon... i believe it was the year Jana Novotna won the title in 1998? I have been following Andy since the juniors and then when he played all those clay court futures! Also a keen fan of Alex Bogdanovic...hope he can finally realise and show his full potential..i remeber how well he played against Hewitt in the 1s set of their Davis Cup match a few years back.. Well thats all i can think of to say...any questions sure dont hesitate to ask..

How do you find those A levels ? I do maths, further maths, physics and electronics but history was my favourite GCSE, in a way I wish I'd continued it to A level.

I started following tennis, just a few months after you, when Greg beat Sampras to win the Paris masters. I believe Novotna won in '98, did she beat Hingis in the final that year ?
Yeah, I remember that Boggo-Hewitt match well. It was such a gamble from Bates as Alex hadn't really had much success even in challengers at that point and was outside the top 500, I think the key was that he'd just won the nationals in Bolton, beating Martin Lee again and Delgado. It was some performance in the 1st set, he outplayed Hewitt for the first 7 games and then beat Woodridge.
