The BBC usually show highlights of the exhibition when Henman is involved, they did so two years ago when he beat Schuettler.

The Scud has a 4-3 H-H record over Tim. Tim won their first match in 1996, 6-4, 6-2 but over the next 4 years the Aussie proved something of a bogeyman. He won 7-6, 6-4 in Basel semis 1997, 7-5, 0-6, 6-4, 6-1 in the 1998 USO rd4, 6-1, 3-6, 6-3 in rd3 of TMS Paris 1999 and 6-1, 5-7, 6-7[9], 6-3, 6-4 in rd4 of Wimbledon 2000. However, Henman has won the last two matches....6-4, 6-7[6], 6-3 in the ATP Adelaide 2002 final and 6-2, 7-5, 6-7, 7-6 in rd4 of Wimbledon 2004.

So Philipo gets another free invite to another tennis tournament....i make it that he has had 177 wildcards this year....and then this freebie.....I suggest that Mark should run for PM in the next election....a shoe-in by a mile !!!

it would have bene nice if it had been another brit, maybe boggo. henman will draw the fans, i cant imagine scud being a pull over henman for extra fans, alex gave tim a good match recently and i think it would have been better to try and promote more brits rather than 2 players at the ends of their career.
