I think Boggo should win this. Huta-Galung has been a Brit-killer this year, beating both Jamie Baker and Matthew Smith in the Bath futures event before beating Andy Kennaugh in Edinburgh in May. However, he did lose to Chris Eaton in China in March.
His ranking has slipped outside the top 400 recently due to the fact he won 3 futures in succession this time last year and has just had all the points drop off having been ranked in the 300s all year. Despite performing fairly well on the Futures circuit all year, picking up one or two titles along the way, most of his success has been on clay and he barely has a win at Challenger level. Hard to see him progressing past Boggo here. He hasn't come close to beating anyone ranked nearly as high as Boggo all year.
In an interesting twist, Huta-Galung is the Dutch No. 8 and played a dead rubber for the Netherlands in a Davis Cup tie at the start of the year. Not beyond the realms of comprehension that this could be another of those Davis Cup dress rehearsals Boggo loves so much lol.
My prediciton: Boggo in 2

Dick Norman. First Round. This Tournament
Ok, that should have read:
He hasn't come close to beating anyone ranked nearly as high as Boggo all year before this tournament.
