I used to play quite a bit, when I was at school. I played for Lincolnshire quite a few times. But, I haven't played for a long time. Sounds like you're a lot better than I was though. Playing for England is fantastic. I think my rating was 128.

If you're interested in taking it up again Akhenaten, chessworld is a great site. It's all levels of players ranging from complete beginners to IMs [international masters]. What happens is that you have a certain time limit to play your moves ranging from 1 day to 10 days and you log on and the board will come up where you're playing your opponent.

Lincolnshire have a good adult squad, I played against them as part of the Herts adult squad last season in the national county champs and they gave us a real hammering in the quarters.

Cant believe that you'd beat me at Chess but if you play for england then you quite clearly would, anyway wouldnt mind playing sometime , would be good to play someone really good!
