Match is to be played at 7 on Grand Stand (another late on for all you in Britian) Another real interesting match Henman has only lost a set this tourny Tursunov has gone 3 sets every match. He finished his match last night at around 1:45 winning 6(10)-7 7-5 6-3 Tursunov is going to be very sluggish and this mathc is going to be a toss up
Head-to Head Tursunov leads 3-1 I think we all remb these
Ah heck....I was hoping so bad that Lee would win....I don't like this match up at all.....it will prob be close but I can see Tim losing in three.....he has not been that sharp in his first two matches even though we know how he can raise his game....and Tursunov's late night long games won't be an issue for him....he is in great condition.
I've gone for Henman in 3 because I'm feeling optimistic after Andy's win. It's a big shame that this match wasn't in the heat of the afternoon because then the balls would have been flying faster through the air and it would have suited Tim more.
In the evening, it'll be a little cooler and slower and play more to Tursunov's strengths. I fear it could be a little like their match in the Aussie Open this year
Yesterday Henman served at 56% 1st serves, I think this needs to be nearer 70% if he's going to win tonight to combat Tursunov's power hitting from the baseline.
Tursunov's had a rocky road to the semis this week, he got a rd1 bye and then beat Massa 3-6, 6-1, 3-3 as Massa retired with a shoulder injury. In the last round he won a marathon against Hyung Taik-Lee, 6-7[10], 7-5, 6-3
Doug and Rob, are you going to be watching this on ESPN 2 ? I think my friend may send me some updates for commentary on this match like with the Murray one, not totally sure yet.

It is strange....I was hoping to help you guys out....but as of yet it is not on TV...ESPN/ESPN2 are not scheduled to show tennis tonight...the Tennis Channel are taking their turn...but right now are showing a womens match from SD played earlier today....with no scoreboard on display on the site...I wonder if it is rainning in DC again...I don't have a clue yet....I emailed the official site but like that helps? lol
I'll keep watching the TV...but as of yet nothing...which really ticks me off....lol
Funny, help me out....when I email/contact an event website...I always kiss up to them etc...does that help or should I be super direct....just wonder
I tend to be direct, I've had quite a lot of replies from tournaments but that's when I'm finding out info from challengers/futures on Slabinsky, Jamie B and Colin and I always let the guys know that I run their official websites.
I think ATP tournaments tend to be less helpful. The key is to make them think you're quite important, the only time I've had replies from a tournaments when enquiring about Andy was when I made out in the email that I worked for Team Murray and another time when I pretended to be Judy.
