Ella started well. First set 6-1. Expect Elvina to come back stronger in the second.

Was Kalieva showing signs of injury during the first set or was Ella much the better player on the day?

 I couldnt spot anything really wrong in the first set. Ella played a clever game , kept her on the move and attacked when the opportunity arose.

Ella went down 3 and 4 to Dolehide. Hs too much for Ella in the first set. More competitive in the second, but now for a rest. Busy few weeks. Roll on the next tournament.
