All bar Grand Slams, I believe

But someone more knowledgeable on doubles (i.e. prety much anyone biggrin) will give you a 'correct' answer

Second set was a demolition, I think they crushed their opponents with the tie break and early second set break plus getting the double break from 40-15 down with a fierce return on the 40-40 decider

Yep, all atp, WTA and ITF/WTT events use no ad and MTB final set for doubles. Including the tour finals. Just slams and DC/BJK Cup don't ( that said, am I right on BJK Cip?)

BJK Cup play a normal third set for doubles, and also play advantage (I checked using Paolini/Errani's match against China)

Ah real pity  cry   That did look a good opportunity to turn 6 points into 21, and clearly it was a very close match.
