I was wondering only last week how much longer it would be before Oscar Brown could skip qualies & go straight in to an M15 draw.  Today I have my answer:

L32:  Oscar Brown WR 1365 (CH = 1309 in June) vs Esteban Talavera (ESP) WR 1735 (CH = 1665 in May)
