L32: Allegra Korpanec Davies (GBR) WR709 [8] lost to Cindy Langlais (FRA) WR1176/17yo/JWR365 [WC] 5-7 3-6

That looks like a really poor loss for Allegra at given shes been playing much tougher tournaments than this lately

I don't think this is a particularly poor loss

Allegra's wins in her last 4 events have been players ranked:

1007 - UNR - 960 - UNR - 1022 - UNR - UNR

THere's nothing there of any note - she plays a lot of events, all over the world, and can't fail to clock up some wins, but the actual ranking of the victories has not been that great - only one top-1000 player, and that only by a whisker

Cindy, on the other hand, had a WC in Roland Garros adult qualis last year, at age 16, and obviously is a promising youngster, Hannah's age, rated highly by the FFT, although, I think, has been concentrating on studies a bit this year

Allegra & Dune have given a walkover in their QF match

Doubt it is injury-related - both lost in the first round of singles, so more likely simply not worth staying around
