The winner probably plays 4th seed Maria Sakkari.

Harriet took first set 6-3, shes currently serving at 4-2 down in the second. Nice to see Hodzic playing with a single handed backhand, but less nice that shes causing Harriet all sorts of issues at the moment.

Harriet led 5-3* and *6-5. Tiebreak.

I don't think ive seen Hodzic miss a ball. She's an absolute machine and Harriet doesn't have the depth or weight of shot to break her down.

Harriet gets a nice string of points from 1-2* down in the tiebreak including a stunner backhand down the line for 6-2*. Finally gets over the line to win it 7-6(4) in the third but that was exhausting in that heat. Credit to the German who was hitting so clean.
