Overall good draw for Brits - Evo aside and Ben/Josh also. Ram must have been injured (hence the Eastbourne pull out) and so Behar for Joe. Like Joe but would hope David and MArcus win that

Curious about Joe and what his plans are. Is he happier than before his break? Because he has no consistent partner since his return (and unfortunate that Ram is injured and he needed a repairing here)

Ben/Josh 1st on Court 4
Luke/Jan 1st on Court 6
Dan/Henry 1st on Court 15
David/Marcus vs Joe/Ariel 3rd on Court 8
Neal/Christian 3rd on Court 4
JoMo/Harry 3rd on Court 6
Henry/Harri 3rd on Court 16
Julian/Lloyd 4th on Court 16

So not sure if they are trying to compensate for no Brits in singles today but everyone in action!

Is it just half the mens doubles draw in total today? Ive not checked the draw itself but presumably these arent all in the same half?!

I think it's Men today, Ladies tomorrow.

They don't ever do the schedule in perfect halves like they do in the singles.

Men's doubles runs over today and tomorrow. The women's doubles was always stated to start tomorrow.

17 out of 32 first round matches are scheduled for today.

Really looking forward to Dan and Henry's match starting shortly. I do hope the all courts views is posted soon. They certainly have challenging opponents, lets hope Evo is feeling inspired and channels his Andy Olympics superman persona.

At least a little bit of crowd can squeeze into 15. Still feels like Dan must have upset someone among the PTB at Wimbledon in the past...

None of the bigger courts have doubles matches scheduled that I can see.  4,5 and 6 just have doubles today, they're near Court 2 so at the far end, Dans court is pretty central so in the grand scheme of things, perfectly acceptable.  I'm sure if they get through today, they'll get 12 or 18 at some point.

It does have a look of let's get a few wins on the board and shut down some of the noise? Though how much most folk relatively care about doubles?

I don't think the doubles will make a spot of difference to the noise

For the LTA, it was very unfortunate that the week went Monday - Tuesday

If if had been Tuesday - Monday, then none of this press bonanza would be happening in the same way

However, as I have precious little sympathy for the LTA, I don't care smile

And, on top of that, three out of four of the winners on Tuesday were not really a product of the LTA anyway
