French Open Day 10

Kusnetsova through in straight sets.

Vaidisova beats Venus William 6-7 6-1 6-3. She will be knocking on the door of the top 8 now I think.

Im afraid I'll have to cancel your pins out Drew, I'd much prefer Clijsters to win!

Also Donald Young is out of the boys singles, whichh is nice! Don't know why, I just don't like him.

Whoever in my eyes in the Clijsters, Henin-Hardenne will win the French Open, just a gut feeling really..

Also I'm fan of the young Dutchman, Thiemo De Bakker glad to see he went through today.. Hope he wins the boys singles really..

I just got home in time to see Federer finish off a lacklustre-looking Ancic. Did he play like that all match, does anyone know, or was he just disheartened by the end?

Today 8/6 Kusnetsova reached the final against Vaidisova. I has hoped the youngster would make it. Never mind. A belgian will no doubt win the French Open
