Tough one on return for Fran who missed out on a seeding by one spot. However if Pegula (winner today in Dubai 1000) withdraws she may be bumped up to a seeding?

Alexa has a CH of 11 in 2021. Hasn't played since September 2023, but I assume she is entered on a SR of 69.
