Knittel bio : 2nd seed ranked 513 : He beat Jim May 6-0 6-1 in Feb this year and has made the final in Ukr F1 and F2 and the QF in Ukr F3 so on fire !!!!! Myles will have to play out his skin

He also beat Miotto 6-2 7-6 but Mackin beat him 6-1 6-3 in the Feb GBR Satelite.

I suppose that both thought it was a bit of extra prize money. Myles was originally down to play a series of futures in Tunisia but withdrew which surprised me as they had weak fields - Myles would have made the main draw as a direct entry.

Great rd1 win for him, hopefully he can continue his run today but it looks unlikely. Hopefully he can win a set maybe.
