QR1:  Juan Martínez (ESP) UNR vs (qWC) Enzo Kahi UNR

An unknown (? to me at least) 17-year-old Brit.

QR1:  Motoharu Abe (JPN) UNR vs Ned Smith UNR  

QR1:  Nadir Mirza (PAK) UNR vs (q10) Joe Leather WR 1331 (CH = 1296 last October)

Interesting first name for the 17-year-old Pakistani.  Let's hope he lives down to it...

Max Basing should again be in the main draw, though not as top seed this time.  That honour falls to Daniel Rincón.  It looks as though Marcus Walters has been moved into the main draw.

FQR:  (q10) Joe Leather WR 1336 defeated (q8) Matteo Fondriest (ITA) WR 1293 by 7-6(2) 7-6(5)  biggrin

Last week, Joe was beaten in the FQR by the lower seeded player.  This week, he's turned the tables & qualified - eventually:  he first served for it at 5-4!
