David Brewer was 2nd up on court 4 and later on plays 1st round doubles.

Unfortunately David Brewer lost his singles match today 63 75 to Falgheri.

Unfortunately Morgan Phillips completed a bad day for the Brits in Romania, losing to Teodor Bolanu, who's ranked over 200 places lower at 868.
Morgan took the 1st set 6-3 but Bolanu took a tight 2nd set 7-5 and then nicked the 3rd set 6-4.

David Brewer's loss was quite disappointing, his opponent was ranked higher but those are the sort of guys David needs to start beating if he's going to move back into the top 1000. David is a prime example of a played who went right to the top in the juniors, making the top 16 but he's been unable to have any real success at senior level
