12 points for winning QR1, 18 points for qualifying though that would probably require beating the top 200 ranked q2 seed.

I assume she'll be in the doubles.

I'd expect to see Emily, Maia and Lissey in the doubles here.

I think Liv has finished for the season though - she posted "Six weeks of Asia to close out the 2025 season" which covers Seoul (15-21 Sept) through to Tokyo (20-26 Oct)

6 weeks on the road is a good effort for anyone - I would take my hat off to anyone able to do that and feel strong at the end of it.

Urgh Emily. Loses 4-6 6-4 7-5 from 5-2* in the third and a match point at *5-4

What an opportunity that was

Thats a shame, would have been a great event to get a win or two in for Emily

Just Emily in the doubles - so either Lissey and Maia have gone to JiuJiang or are heading home.

L16:- Emily Appleton (GBR) / Qianhui Tang (CHN) CR147 (78+69) [3] v Shuo Feng (CHN) / En-Shuo-Liang (TPE) CR222 (115+107)

Both Lissey and Maia entered JuaJiang so will be there along with EWS.

Thanks Paul. Doubles draw for JuaJing wasn't out when I looked earlier, so I'll check again in the morning.

She lost to Lys in her last tournament which deprived her of a match against Mboko. I fear history will repeat though Eala is having a tough season since her breakthrough.

With Katie dropping 195 points last week and a further 163 points this coming week, she is down to live ranked 98 on 744 points. So getting down close to Australian Open MD cut-off territory.

She has no further points due to drop off this year but could do with adding net points above her lowest counter of 30 points ( which would mean getting to the QF here ).
