They've released the draw a little earlier than usual as I don't think qualifying is finished yet.

Katie is on the acceptance list with her Special Ranking of 609 although it looks as if she made the main draw using her ranking of 1114 as at last week.

But her current ranking is 882 as the points go on from her recent win.

I read a post from Katie that in her last tournament at San Diego it was the first time in 2 or 3 years that she had played 3 matches without her back going into spasm. She played 5 matches so understandable why she took last week off.

Watching the score tick over, that did not seem an easy match. Marathon 5th games in both sets and Swan won both to take the initiative. The service game again held up very well. Another good win.
