yes, I'm hoping his next goal is to push on up to the 200 area and it's a "could have gone either way" score

Live ranked 243 on 223 points from 16 counters with no points due to drop until 28/07.  Currently live ranked 200 is on 272 points ( official WR 200 has 277 points ).

So 3 months to make up probably about 50 to 60 points before any points drop, including the grass season - be interesting to see how he does there.

Maybe he'll be top 200 well within these 3 months ...

Tough one for JoMo but Watanuke is a quality player, albeit someone who's had a bit of a strange year. He absolutely lit up the first week of Indian Wells - beat Machac and Tiafoe to reach the last 16, and won over the crowd (I remember Nick McCarvel quipping "Watanuke, Watanight!" on social media which stuck in my head biggrin). But he's barely won a match all year apart from that.

Feels like JoMo's having a bit of a teething period at challenger level at the moment. He's winning ITFs for fun, but finding it slightly harder going against the top 200 guys, which is to be expected. Not sure what his plans are next - he's not on any lists these next two weeks, and he won't make RG qualies this year.

Hopefully he stays fit for the grass - he could be a handful on that surface. Also out of our guys ranked 100-300, it feels like he's got perhaps the best shot of following Jake and gatecrashing the top 100
