Dont wish to make a fool out of anyone, but April starts here.
4 week process, nominations close 27th April - end of week 17, which happens to be mid way through Madrid. Cant be helped as doing it any other way creates a 3 week April or 3 week May and that wouldnt work, sorry!
Nominations and supporting reasons below, as usual:
End of week 1 of 4 - a few Brits in finals day action this weekend; anyone catch your eye, you know the drill, get them on the list with a name and a reason!
Back end of week 2, and then 2 weeks left for nominations after that. Remember, if you wish to nominate, just take the current list above (with 1 player on it so far), quote it using the button in top right, add a name and reason, edit the superfluous text around the post, and re post it as a new updated list!
1 Hannah Klugman for winning the J300 in Croatia on Clay!

OK, this nomination is not going to be allowed (and probably quite rightly so ) so I'm putting it here rather than in the actual list but here goes:
2. North-West England Juniors - there have been three 'new' players at the 16U nationals who have really caught my eye and impressed - Aran Selvaraasan, April Sackflame and Annabel Wong - Aran in the final, April only 2012-born and Annabel who really tested Meg. AND - from what I can see - Aran is in Manchester, April is Bolton, and Annabel is Bramhall Lane, Stockport. So a tight little group. Huge well done to junior tennis up in the Manchester - great dynamic up there !!!!
In my interpretation of the 'rules'any nomination is allowable so go for it and include it
Youre right! For example last month I nominated a thing called Team GB Men for their 5 ITF singles titles in one week. They didnt get a vote. but the nomination was all good!
