Ksenia moved academies a couple of months ago - with some very vitriolic posts from Mama Ksenia and a fair bit of grandstanding from both parties
She's now no longer at Mouratoglou's place but down the road, at Cannes Elite Academy, run by Jean-René Lisnard
Ksenia was/is one of those players who is very athletic and relies on getting the ball back. She's realised that this isn't enough and from what I've seen of her livestreamed this week, her serve had definitely got better (it was pretty weak before, especially the second one), and so has her forehand - it has more oomph now and she works her points round it a little better
She basically makes herself very difficult to beat. Excellent mentale. Which all the players this week found out, when they went ahead and Ksenia clawed her way back in.
BUT she really doesn't have a very scary tennis. Lily needs to impose herself, and stick to it, not lose faith. To boss it a bit.
