Last season we got 43/45 votes in the opening round groups. Lets beat that this season!

Katies titles almost got my vote, and her year as a whole, but Henry winning Wimbledon takes this group for me.

If you can, please say who you vote for and when! It helps attract others to the vote!

This was the easiest group for me: Henry by a country mile!

He didn't just win his first ATP250 title in 2024 but two more AND a grand slam, when he was the coolest player on court in a tight final. Qualifying for the ATP finals for the first time, he and Harri (his partner in all these impressive exploits) went undefeated in their three group matches. Not surprisingly, Henry rose over 50 places in the rankings to break into the top 15 and become GB#1.

Yes, I think this feels the softest group overall. An earlier draw had it tougher but I redrew after seeing too many doubles players land in the same group!

Henry Patten, Wimbledon champion. Nuff said.

Undoubtedly Katie or Henry for me. I've voted Katie at this stage.

16 votes so far, thanks for those who have voted.

Interesting scores so far, if it lands as it stands, wed see 13 in the semis stage but not quite in the pattern I imagined of 3 per group plus maybe one tie.

But a long way to go.

21 votes placed, just two players received votes so far. Remembering, 3 plus ties proceed to the next round and players with no votes will be knocked out.

Katie had a great year.
But I have to vote for Henry!
