Sadly the Wimbledon singles  champion of 1960 Australia's Neale Fraser  passed away on 2nd  December 2024 aged 91. He  won the US  singles Championships of 1959 and 1960. In the 1959 US Championships he also won the doubles and mixed and is the last man to win all 3 titles  at the same  Grand Slam. He won 11 doubles and 5 mixed doubles in Grand Slams. He was on 4 winning Davis Cup teams and non playing  Australian captain on 24 occasions. At Wimbledon 1962 both Neale and his  brother John reached the   singlese semi finals but neither made it to the final.
