The scoreline doesn't really show the full story. Em broke serve in the first game, but didn't manage to take any of the next six break points. And she saved 6 of the 12 beak points she faced.

Yeah all six games in the second went to deuce and Em had a point to win four of them. Too many of her drop shots and half volleys sat up.

Tennis scoring is a bit like our UK electoral system...first past the post. I know what TA means....39 points and only one game versus 64 points for 12 games. And 7bp against 12.

 I'm thinking Helmi was never particularly sweating about who the returning officer, I mean the umpire, would declare the winner.
