Tricky match for Emily

QR1:- Emily Appleton (GBR) WR383 [Q1] v Vendula Valdmannova (CZE) WR994/JR15=CH/16yo

Vendula reached the SF of Junior Wimbledon, losing to the eventual winner, and the 3rd round at the USO Juniors.

 

Marni should be in the main draw. Jodie and Lily were late withdrawals. Millie and Freya would have made qualifying but didn't sign-in.

 Doubles hasn't been much better - 4 first round losses at the higher level tournaments, with Liv, Lissey+Maddy and Freya saving the week so far.
