Not sure if it is the same venue, but the recent ATP 250 here was rated as a speedy court on the tennis abstract court surface ratings

tennisabstract.com/reports/atp_surface_speed.html

As in fact are most Chinese events.

But wondered if that speed , if quick, is impacting the returns per CDs comment?

Re top 100 Billy watch, it seems fairly clear from the live sites what's required here..The title would be more than enough, anything less would not be.

Currently live ranked 108 on 529 points:
RU would take him to 581 points, still short of the current live 100 who is on 584 points.
The title would take him to 642 points and comfortably into the top 100.

Hopefully he can at least win a round or two more here to keep well in the hunt going forward.

Though McDonald may proof tough given how high he was ranked just last year and with pretty decent looking recent form as a Thailand Challenger 100 RU two weeks ago.
