Wouldnt be surprised to see Jacob withdraw from this and attack the qualifying in Stockholm ATP 250 next weekend.

I think win - pull out - win - pull out seems to be working quite well for him. Yes, there were more opportunities for points this week but it's a longer term game.

Despite the good draw - this is very sensible. His ascent has been phenomenal, and I hope he plays just a little bit more this year, secures his top 100 position without fear of being taken over, and has a great off season.
