I guess the bad weather in eastern Europe must extend to Serbia as they are well behind schedule with only a couple of completed matches showing on the draw.
No play again today. The doubles has been officially abandoned (according to the draw) and I expect the singles to follow if they can't play tomorrow morning (if they don't abandon it this evening)
Finally there is some play in Serbia. There is a W75 at the same site next week, so I'm not sure how much more they can fit in. QR2:- Isabelle Cherny (GBR) WR1306/62 [Q11] def Alian Zack (ISR) UNR/442/18yo 7-6(3) 3-6 10-5

That's a career best win by ranking for Isabelle Does anyone know if she used to represent Switzerland at some point (there are some indications that she did but it's not entirely clear), and if so, when she switched?
It'll be interesting to see how long they persist with interleaving the W15 and the W75, but maybe all they'll do is play R1 so that at least the players there get a chance to pick up a ranking point.

I don't think the ITF rules allow them to extend the tournament by more than one day, so I'm expecting it to finish today - there is just one first round match to finish. Isabelle plays W75 qualifying later as well.
