When should we expect the US Open doubles entry lists to drop? I ask this every slam and dont clock it - presumably around now?

I am a bit lost as to where players have to be ranked to get into say an ITFW100 or a WTA250. The WTA rule book seems a bit vacuous! Wonder if anyone can point me in the right direction? Fine with the GS, WTA 1000s and 500s but thinking about our juniors moving forward, what they could legitimately qualify for entry for, subject to age rules.
