I was shocked to read that the 3 victims of the crossbow attack near Bushey is the wife and 2 daughters of John Hunt the racing commentator. I am not into horse racing, but if you ever listen to commentary on Radio 5, John Hunt does the commentary and is regarded as the best in the business.
I dont know the story and who the wanted man is and if there is a link of some sort, but it is shocking and my heart goes out to Mr Hunt, losing 3 family members in this way is such a terrible tragedy for him and the family
It is very shocking that these three women were murdered seemingly because one of them ended a relationship with the alleged murderer. It is horrific that he terrorised them before killing them.
I don't know whether the police had any involvement with the family before these terrible events unfolded but I would be very surprised if it came out of nothing.
The suspect has a brother who is in prison for murdering someone else in a completely unrelated attack because he damaged the paintwork of his car. It suggests a level of uncontained rage that should have been managed a lot earlier.
