A little shout out for Nauhany Vitoria Leme Da Silva who is a 2010-er and only turned 14 a few days ago

She's just beaten the American, Jaeda Daniel, ranked 676

Nauhany is a tall girl with a very impressive game, really impressed a lot of people at Les Petits As this year

Great result - for her and for the home crowd

On the youngster front, one of my faves is 2010 born Nauhany Leme de Silva - who yesterday beat the WTA 676 and today lost 4-6 in the third to a top-500 player

With her, and Angelica Sara, and Hannah Klugman, we've got a real youngster-fest this week (and Mika too)

All I need is Victoria Barros to join in and I'll be in truly happy times

Looks like the doubles tournament has been cancelled here. Not sure what the point of playing this morning then immediately cancelling it was, as it got put down as not played not longer after the R1 which I thought was a bug on the website but clearly not.

 Perhaps they still get the money for qf but presumably not the points? Or will they get points for having reached the qf round?
