Santillan has withdrawn with an ankle injury. So unnamed alternates are now showing in place of Billy & Santillan.

Good, solid win wasnt overly confident with that draw, despite it being kind on paper, for some reason - hope he can kick on whilst he isnt defending much!

Yup was thinking that too. I admire the fact he's been trying hard instead of clay all year but it's time to start getting some points on the board before his ranking falle off a cliff edge.

Definitely - but presumably that will come from next month onwards anyway, not sure what is on his schedule but Europe turns into clay from April through June and onwards, if he wants.

He has Lugano and Hamburg on indoor hard still to come and then is entered into Murcia on clay when Miami is taking place. Hopefully, it will be clay from that point onwards?

L16:  Billy Harris WR 185 vs (7) Benjamin Hassan (GER) WR 154 (CH = 149 last November)

The German was pushed to three sets (two TBs, then 6-3 in the third) by his compatriot, Henri Squire (Q), in his first round match.
