Here we go - final group of 7 in the final, bios below in nomination order
VOTE WILL CLOSE WEDNESDAY EVENING AT 6.40PM
5 - Katie Boulter - for beating Jessica Pegula World No 5 in the United Cup.
7 - Jack Draper - for reaching the final the the ATP 250 in Adelaide and beating 3 top 32 players, including the top seed ranked 13.
10 - Kyle Edmund - for winning the M25 in Loughborough after such a long layoff from injury and for returning to the Top 500, and for following that up by winning the M25 in Sunderland a week later.
11 - Sonay Kartal - for winning the W35 in Loughborough in her first tournament since last September.
13 - Luke Johnson - for winning the doubles at the ATP75 in Nonthaburi, which gave him a new career high and then followed up with his biggest title to date, winning the Challenger 125 event in Belgium and smashing his way into the Top 100 of the doubles rankings in the process.
15 - Daniela Piani (age 16) - for winning the singles and the doubles title at the J100 in Glasgow.
22 - Anna McBride - for defending her AO PWII Championships singles and doubles titles. She won the singles without dropping a set and only losing 5 games out of the 65 games she played. In the doubles, she and partner Sophia Schmidt (a scratch pairing based on rankings) dominated in the round robin format, only losing one set. All of this despite a wrist injury that flared up towards the end of the tournament and a very intense schedule for the event.
AND PLEASE DO SAY WHO YOU VOTE FOR, IT DOES HELP PEOPLE COME AND ALSO PLACE A VOTE WHEN THEY SEE ACTIVITY!
Again, I couldnt get past the fact that the story that resonated most with me this month is Anna, Ive voted for her. Luke would have been my second choice.
Found it hard to see how Kyle got so many votes in the semis but heh!
I went for Luke. Lots of very worthy contenders here, but breaking into the top 100 is always a big step and Luke did it in style with his two tournament wins.
Luke also gets my vote, with two tournament wins and two semifinals. So difficult to climb the doubles rankings, with lack of points of available and the scoring system, and he's done so well to break the Top 100.

I voted for Kyle in the semis and here as, regardless of the level of opposition, it's so good to see him winning again which as recently as a month ago I doubted whether I ever would again

My thoughts too. There has been a few false dawns but stringing together a number of wins is a huge step forward.
