In the doubles, she and partner Sophia Schmidt (a scratch pairing based on rankings) dominated in the round robin format, only losing one set. All of this despite a wrist injury that flared up towards the end of the tournament and a very intense schedule for the event.

I have voted for Anna McBride here - she won a Slam title, for heavens sake, and her story this week and through her Dad captured my imagination, so I think it is more deserving than the others who, in my opinion, didn't stand out from each other!
I found it really hard to make a choice with this semi-final as it included so many people I wanted to vote for.
- Kyle for being on the comeback trail
- Jack for showing he can consistently deliver at ATP250 level, even if he hasn't quite made the final step yet
- Anna for dominating her AO events despite injury/health setbacks
- Cam for some great gutsy performances at a very high level
- Luke for putting together two excellent weeks and breaking into the top doubles 100 by some margin
But as I feel getting a top 100 ranking is a significant milestone, I've voted for Luke.
