I noticed Julia Lohoff was playing the wta event in Prague, so not sure if her partnership with Emily has ended for a bit, but Anshba is a decent replacement having made the final of Lausanne this week with Detiuc (who is also playing Prague this week with a fellow Czech, possibly Amina knew she would not be able to play there as a Russian).
It strikes me as slightly odd that occasionally draws are made and posted on a Sunday whereas most draws are not available on the ITF website until Monday evening - whether sign-in is Saturday or Sunday seems to make no difference.
Doubles sign in is the day before the singles main draw starts. Most double draws are on Monday as ITF requires both singles main draw and doubles to start on Tuesday. Singles main draw or doubles can only start on Monday or Wednesday with permission from the ITF. Here the doubles final is scheduled for Friday and Singles final for Saturday. So with a Tuesday start they'd be playing 1 complete round each day but appear to have limited court space to fit in all singles and doubles R1 matches on Tuesday. To help with scheduling some R1 singles and doubles matches are being played tomorrow, hence the doubles draw made today.

Good explanation ! I shall continue to check and post the draws on a Monday though, unless any matches appear earlier on the OOP.

It's curious. Emily and Julia were entered here as the top team on the advance entries, but Julia dumped Emily on Friday to go play Prague with someone who hardly plays any doubles. It would be interesting to know the story here. Maybe they had entered Prague as well and only got in after a lot of last minute withdrawals but Emily didn't want to give up a rare singles main draw place, for her, in a weak 60k. As Julia is solely focused on doubles she went to Prague where 1 win would get more points and prize money than being anything other than the winners here and they decided to re-pair in their separate events for this week. So maybe just a difference in priorities from unexpected last minute opportunities and they'll be back together next week? Maybe?
A nice draw for Emily, playing back to back qualifiers but she's certainly making the most of it. Nice points haul.
She plays either the lower ranked Pieri (who's had some decent results recently against higher ranked players) or the seventh seed Ignatik WR 266 in the next round.
