And she gets it. Real battle this and she's doing well. Golubic trying to avoid her fourth loss to a Brit in four weeks.

She was a Wimbledon quarter finalist two years ago...

Naiktha 6-3 3-6 *0-0

They've moved Anna off Stadium to get it started tonight and she's a break down *0-2

Naiktha sticking to serve volleys, presumably as she know she can't win this from the back. A couple of misses get her in trouble but she saves three break points with confident play and good hands.

2-1*

Golubic starting to have issues with her knee.

Anna wins three games to deuce to lead 3-2* then breaks to 30 for a *4-2 lead. Unfortunately the streaming hasn't picked her up and is showing stadium court.

Not seen all of the match but Naiktha's serve and volley approach seems to have worked wonders. Brave and creative strategy against someone who is no mug on grass.

Anna holds to love and takes the first set 6-3. Impressive given she was an early break down. Shame the feed isn't up due to the court change.

Absolutely understood you pointing to a realistic issue, Nix.Yes, it's unfortunate but just ignoring / deleting helps nobody.

 Thanks Indy.

On a brighter note I saw a bit of Naiktha's match and it was an enjoyable watch. Would love to see another GB player get into the second round.

Anna too. I love her fierce determination. I think she'd make a fantastic coach one day.

Incidentally Lily's coach was so supportive. Cheering her on every point. I'd love to see more coaches like that.

Feed is now sorted thankfully.

Naiktha *2-4 down unfortunately. Close couple of games but Golubic got that little extra to draw on. She's definitely not moving 100% though.

Nice effort Naiktha. Can't have too many complaints and she gave it her best. Loses 3-6 6-3 6-2

Anna had a break point but was snatched away with a huge serve

*0-1 second set

Anna has really great anticipation which has neutralised some of the pace on Shnaider's shots. She's having to play so many half volleys off the baseline, but has dealt with that really well.

Saves BPs thrice and then holds well (with the help of a lucky netcord).

[5] Diana Shnaider *** 3-6 *3-3 [WC] Anna Brogan GBR

Agree. The Russian hasn't quite got the confidence in the movement either. Lots of mistimed shots.

Half chance at 30-15* but big hitting from the Russian to get out the game.

*5-6
