Charles played a pretty dreadful end to that first set. Of course, if he'd played a better tie-break and won it then Max might not have let him win the second so easily

But it was poor match play from Charles - both times that he HAD to play well (i.e. at key points in the first and the third) he didn't. Whereas Max only played badly the one time when it didn't matter i.e. in the second

 Didnt see a shot! Never see a shot ! All opinions are unreservedly guesswork!
