Lloyd G - so much wanted to vote for Lloyd
Toby Samuel - break out month really to win 2 titles back to back
Joe S - won a World Tour title, cant do much more than that
I was tempted by the BJK Cup team but felt, in the cold light of day, they just won one match, and whilst super to see, it wasnt enough for me in a great month
Julian and Henry ultimately get my vote - 3 titles in 4 weeks is hard to better really
I voted for Julian Cash and Henry Patten. Not only have they been consistently good of late, I recently read Julian's account of his injuries and operation a couple of years ago, really had a hard time of it. The work he must have put in to be able to play at this standard, and constantly, must be phenomenal. Plus he's from Brighton !!
Went for Henry and Julian due to the consistency through the whole month. Especially with the added pressure of knowing they need the points to try and make the Aus Open.
Tough choices this month with so many worthy contestants but have voted for Neal for reaching the pinnacle of his career. Cash/Patten very close second.
The tour finals bring together the very best competitors over the whole season. To win all your matches there and take the title means you are the very best of the best, so for me its a no brainer. Emotionally I toyed with Kyle (so good to see him back fit and playing well), Millie R winning her first tournament S and D, and the BJ King girls, but my vote had to go to Joe.
22 votes now and 6 players have received a vote or more. Looks like this could well be quite tight as the day progresses.
Remember the close time I have set coincides with the England World Cup match with Wales tomorrow (my bad!) but nonetheless we can multitask! But just in case, make sure you get your vote in ahead of tomorrow evening (8.45 pm the actual deadline)
