It shows select players leaving or entering the WTA singles rankings.

For those leaving it lists those who are GBR or have a career high ranking of less than 200.

For those coming in it lists those who are GBR or have an age of less than 17. It also lists an ITF junior career high ranKing if they have played Juniors.

TBI is "to be inluded" i.e. will enter the rankings in a weeks time.

Ah I see, thanks. So Fran has been out for over a year then. Has there been a recent update on her health?

Fran's last match was actually her retirement in QR1 at the AO in January - but she only has 3 ranking points at the moment, two from that match and one from the week before so lost her ranking in September when the last remaining points dropped off.

Nastja Kolar (SLO) CH 178 also went out. She is only 28 so it may be an injury or a run of bad form.

 Nastja Kolar won  a doubles title with Fracesca Stephenson a few years ago. (One in 2016) - a few runner ups.

Also I think she had a sister who played tennis.
