Just highlighting that we have two players in the semis of Cinci Masters this week, Cam and Joe. Other top players are

1. Dan Cox - for achieving the most British wins in grass events over the 2022 grass court season

2. Patrick Brady - age 17 - UNR - defeating the second seed, ATP 298, and then Toby, ATP 703 in Nottingham M25 

3. Alicia Barnett and Olivia Nicholls - for winning their biggest title so far (ITF 100k in Poland) and reaching new CH's. Lissey will become GB #2 and WR87 and Liv will enter the top 100 at WR90.

4. Johannus Monday - for winning his first M25 final in Illinois, having halved his ranking from 1500 to circa 760 over the summer.

5. Katie Swan for her first title at 60k level in Lexington beating (assisted by) Jodie Burrage in the final

6. Ella MacDonald for winning J1 singles and doubles in Durban, and JA singles and doubles semis in Pretoria.

7. Dan Evans - reached the semis of the Masters 1000 Montreal in singles and the final in doubles. His second career singles masters semi. In singles, beats Rublev and Fritz along the way; in doubles beat the 2nd and 5th seeds in the process.

8. Neal Skupski - won the Canadian Masters 1000 title with Wesley Koolhof, their second Masters title of the year and up to a doubles CH 3.

Yes, Cam has to go in.

One little thing though is that I believe he's 'just' equalled his CH win. He has beaten a WR 4 on at least 2 previous occasions in ATP tour matches. It is though his CH win at Masters level or above being, I think a bit surprisingly, his first top 10 win in such a tournament.

Just a note - we are in the last week of the PoM nominations process - much to see in US Open qualies, ATP/WTA 250 events in the States, ITF 25 events in the UK.

Remember, nominations to be in for Sunday 28th August. I will put a closing time up on the day once we know who is still playing in the US events

 At the top of the game, we have Jack D, Jamie, Lloyd, Liam and Paul in the mens and Katie B, Heather, Lissey and Liv, Harriet in the womens - thats not bad! Lissey and Liv may need their narrative updating above, the others arent on our list yet.
