 Not really - I'm not sure liam has won any matches on clay this time around so seeding or not, form is against him.

 Well yes really because he wont play any the players ranked above him, and there are a good number of players he could beat further down the rankings.

The first alts are Garcia/Mladenovic who will surely get a wild card so everyone can move up one slot already, and there's another French pair before Alicia & Olivia.

Before the draw happens if one player drops out the other person can repair with someone else, so don't expect too much movement upwards before then. 

Tara & Emina are almost certain to get in.

Sam & Heather hopefully have a chance.

Alicia & Olivia I would put on the unlikely side, although you never know.
